ILLYRIANS missed the chance to climb back in CCT EU 2026 Series #12, losing 1:2 to BAKS Esports in the Round 3 mid-group match on Saturday at 19:00. The defeat leaves the team, which features Macedonian rifler VAloN, with one win and two losses in the Swiss group stage.
ILLYRIANS opened the series well, taking Cache 13:10. BAKS Esports then levelled on Dust II, winning 13:7, and closed out the series on Ancient with a convincing 13:6.
The result follows a Round 1 win over 6yuBoJlbl and a 0:2 loss to Team ACES in Round 2. The group stage is played in the Swiss system with all matches as best-of-three, and the top eight of 16 teams advance to the playoffs.
ILLYRIANS have little time to regroup: on Sunday at 12:30 they face ESuba in the Group C opening matches of the EPL Series 10 Play-In.
