UNiTY esports beat ENCE Prospects 2:0 in United21 decider

UNiTY esports, with in-game leader 2high, swept ENCE Prospects 2:0 in the Group B decider of United21 Season 57 and secured a playoff spot. Acend are next in the NODWIN Clutch Series.

UNiTY esports kept their United21 Season 57 run alive and booked a playoff place by beating ENCE Prospects 2:0 in the Group B decider on Friday at 12:30.

The roster, led in-game by Macedonian captain 2high, had dropped the winners match to Gatorian earlier in the week and had to go through the decider. ENCE Prospects, who had eliminated TheChampionGG on Thursday, could not stop them in the best-of-three.

UNiTY joined the event as a late replacement for WOPA Esport, who withdrew because of scheduling issues, and opened the group with a 2:0 win over TheChampionGG. The top two teams from each group advance to the double-elimination playoffs of the $10,000 C-Tier event.

UNiTY's next test comes in another tournament: on Sunday at 10:00 they face Acend in the Round of 16 of the NODWIN Clutch Series #13 playoffs.
