VALORANT player Nikita "trexx" Cherednichenko has announced that he is exploring his options ahead of free agency, after completing his second stint with Team Liquid. His contract officially expires on November 2.

Earlier this month, after Liquid was eliminated from Champions Shanghai, trexx hinted it may have been his last event with the team. In his looking-for-team announcement, he said he is open to all regions and to opportunities as an IGL or secondary caller.

Liquid also let trexx leave last October, after signing him mid-season from Team Vitality. He joined at the midpoint of the 2025 season and was called back ahead of Stage 2 this year. With him, the team finished as EMEA runners-up and qualified for Champions Shanghai as the region's second seed.

trexx has competed in VALORANT since 2020, playing for teams including Team Singularity, HONK, FishkaVTom, Guild Esports and KOI, before joining Vitality as a substitute.

There has been other movement since Liquid's season ended. Purp0 and nAts have been allowed to explore their options, and more decisions are expected. Kicks' contract also expires on November 2. Liquid's active roster currently lists GSR, kamo and Kicks.
