LEGION, with Macedonian mid player Igor "Stojkov" Stojkov, turned a difficult group stage into a playoff place at PARI Universe, winning both of their Bo1 series on Tuesday.
In the early game of the day, at 14:00, LEGION beat Astra Invicta 1:0. Later, at 17:00, they added a 1:0 win over BetBoom Team. After the group stage, which LEGION finished with one series win, the two victories were enough to keep the team in the tournament, while BetBoom Team is left in the 5th to 10th place range.
In the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals, LEGION will face GamerLegion on Wednesday, October 28, at 19:00. The series is a Bo3, and the winner moves on in the upper bracket of the $250,000 Tier 1 event.
