MOUZ finished PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 in third place after beating Vitality 2-0 in the third-place match. The team controlled the game from start to finish and took both maps 13-7.

On Nuke, Dennis "sycrone" Nielsen chose to exploit Vitality's weak record on the map with Justinas "jL" Lekavicius. The Lithuanian struggled and ended the map with a 3-15 K-D, with only William "mezii" Merriman standing out for Vitality. It ended jL's second stint with the team on a low note.

On Inferno, MOUZ got off to a strong start on the CT side, with Ádám "torzsi" Torzsás coming alive after a quieter showing on Nuke. After the sides switched, MOUZ targeted jL and Shahar "flameZ" Shushan on B, and the pair won the pistol round, but once full buys began, MOUZ took control and closed out the map quickly.

The result puts MOUZ firmly at the top of the Valve Regional Standings with a 40-point lead over Vitality. That lead should hold regardless of the result of the grand final between FURIA and Nemiga.

MOUZ will have another chance to extend the gap next week at IEM Beijing, which Vitality chose to skip as Dan "apEX" Madesclaire takes a short break around the birth of his first child. The captain is set to return for BLAST Rivals in Hong Kong in mid-November.
