MOUZ secured a playoff berth at PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 by beating Spirit 2-1 in a best-of-three. After a heavy 2-13 loss on Nuke, MOUZ won Dust2 13-8 and Mirage 16-14.
Spirit dominated the opening map, Nuke, with a near-lockout defense led by magixx, sh1ro and zont1x. MOUZ won only two rounds on their own pick, one of them through a 1v2 by PR.
On Dust2, Spirit led 5-2 on the T side, but a triple kill and 1v1 clutch from xertioN in round nine sparked a MOUZ recovery. xertioN kept leading by example, MOUZ reached 11-5, and they closed out the map to force a decider.
On Mirage, MOUZ ran out to a 6-1 lead after a 1v2 by PR in the pistol round and a 1v3 clutch by torzsi with the AWP. donk then lifted his level with an ace and multiple multi-kills, helping Spirit go up 12-10. MOUZ answered with strong teamplay, forced overtime and took the series.
On the decider, donk posted 12 multi-kills, a 35-20 K-D, 123.6 ADR and a 1.93 rating, but it was not enough for Spirit. MOUZ now hold a 4-1 record against Spirit since the summer break.
