Gen.G Esports won their Worlds 2026 Knockout Stage series against LYON 3:0 on November 4, without dropping a single game.
The two teams had already met on October 25, when Gen.G won 2:1. That series went to a deciding third game, so LYON had taken a game off them.
This time the result was clear. Gen.G won all three games and gave LYON no chance to repeat that earlier success.
With the sweep, Gen.G Esports advance in the tournament, and the 3:0 score confirms they were the stronger side across the series.
