Thong "balax" Chern Kwi has announced that he is searching for a new team after helping LOUD lift the Champions Shanghai trophy as an analyst. He said he is open to working in any region, as an assistant coach, coach or analyst, at any level.

balax began the year on FrosT's staff at Global Esports as a coach, but left midway through Pacific Stage 1. He then joined Bilibili Gaming as an analyst ahead of China Stage 2, before moving to Romanilly's LOUD staff ahead of Champions. Earlier in his career, he led Singapore-based Soi Thai Esports as head coach.

LOUD assistant coach Bati described balax's role in the press conference after the trophy lift. According to Bati, balax first worked on anti-strats, but because he did not know the team's playstyle, the approach changed. He then analysed LOUD themselves, studying the tendencies the team showed in every game.

With his departure, LOUD's roster consists of erde, lukxo, DaviH, Darker and tkzin, who is on loan. The staff includes manager Wenty, head coach Romanilly, assistant coach Bati and performance coach bajerski.
