Aurora Gaming lost their Group B series at IEM Beijing 2026 to Team Liquid, 0:2. The team, led in-game by Macedonian player Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski, played the Bo3 early on Monday at 05:30.

Liquid took both maps convincingly. They won Inferno 13:3 and Anubis 13:4, so a deciding third map was never needed.

The format is double elimination, with the top three teams from each group advancing to the playoffs. Aurora now continue through the lower bracket, where they will have to win to keep their chances of reaching the playoffs alive.

The Beijing event is an S-Tier Masters tournament with a prize pool of $1,250,000 and 16 teams, and it runs until November 8.
